For in-stock items, delivery usually takes 3–10 days depending on your location.
Because our wire-wrapped pieces are handmade with care, pre-order items require 10–15 business days to be crafted and prepared before shipping. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. We offer free returns within 7 days of delivery. Returns requested within 30 days of delivery are also accepted, but return shipping costs may apply after the first 7 days.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
